confirms that you agree to abide by them.

You can order products which you see on this website by:-

If you make an order you will receive confirmation of your order by the same means by which you sent it to us and
which will be subject to availability of stock and confirmation of payment. We will inform you if any items are
out of stock. We aim to have all advertised items in stock.
Prices are shown on the website. We make every effort to check that the prices are correct, but need to validate
the price when we process your order. There may be a delivery supplement for deliveries (see Delivery).
Payment
You can pay by using any MasterCard, Maestro or Visa (or Visa Electron) credit cards or by Switch, Solo or JCB
debit cards.
You can pay by Cheque or Postal Order made out in pounds sterling and drawable on a UK bank or post office.
We will not debit your account unless we are sure that we can deliver the goods you order.
Delivery
Delivery direct from Finland by courier - usually 3-6 days - parcel tracking information will be forwarded by email.
UK addresses £22 For Isle of Wight £34, and for all other UK offshore islands and Northern Ireland £66
Orders will usually
be despatched within 24h of receiving the order and confirming payment. Please note that in some circumstances
beyond our control deliveries may take longer. Please telephone or email us if you are concerned that your order
has not arrived.
To meet these delivery times it is best if you quote a delivery address where somebody will be available to sign
for the goods during the working day.
Quality Assurance
We warrant that all goods sold on this site are of high merchantable quality and are fit for the purpose for which
they are intended. Frames on Kickbikes and KickSparks are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years and other
goods and parts (excluding brake cables, tyres, inner tubes and pads) for 1 year providing that the goods are used
for their intended purpose, which for Kickbikes excludes off-road use and jumping (excluding the X-Country model).
Kickbikes and Kicksparks are delivered 95% assembled (see Kickbike Manual) and take about 10-20 mins to prepare
and adjust for use. A free voucher worth £5.00 is included with each Kickbike which can be used at any bike
dealer towards assembly or towards a safety check of your assembled Kickbike. We strongly recommend that you do
this if you are unsure of anything. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your products, but in some circumstances it may be necessary for you to
return goods. Please follow the simple guide below. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods
If you return to us any product that you have ordered in its original
packaging and undamaged (ie capable of resale) within 7 days from the day
after you received it we will refund in full the price you paid for the product
less carriage charges
Before you send goods back, please telephone us on 08451 588482 or
contact us by using the email form on the Contact Us page and we
will allocate a return code which you should indicate on the package.
You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us and for
the carriage costs, so for your own protection we suggest that you
use a secure courier system or recorded delivery which require signature
upon delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods look damaged on arrival, please note this on the signature sheet from the courier. If goods are damaged
or faulty for any reason which is our fault, we will refund any monies paid or replace the goods at our cost. Please
follow the simple guide below.

Gower SA3 1DB. We will usually arrange for a courier to collect the goods or if it is a small item, send you a
prepaid postage label.

Copyright and Trademarks
All material including the images, design and information on our website are protected by copyright, trademark
and other intellectual property rights.You may view, copy or print information on the website to help you make
an order with us but you may not use any material for any other purpose.
Data Protection
We only use information we have collected from you to supply your needs and for marketing. The data we may collect
and the purposes which may use it for are given in our Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions outlined on this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes
will decided by the courts within this jurisdiction.
