Jo Fischer introduces prize presenter: Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson – Britain’s best ever Paralympics competitor, with 11 Gold medals, awarded MBE in 1993, OBE in 1999 and titled Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2004 in recognition of her achievements.
