Frame: Custom-made, High-Ten steel, 459N/mm2, 44.5x1.6mm, super oversize, advanced pipe bending technique, under frame reinforcement, all TIG welding. Warranted for 2 years. Dynamically tested with 120kg load simulating rough road use.
Front forks: Spinner Grind I suspension forks, hard springs, adjustable damping.
Rear forks: Integral with frame, adjustable height settings.
Head parts: 11/8" sealed cartridge head bearings, Headset matt-black alloy one-piece. 130mm extension angle +17 degrees. Dual compound open end grips.
Wheels: Matt-black alloy double-skinned Alex rims silver CNC sidewalls 28h. Tyres - high-grip (26"x2.35" front and rear 18"x1.95"). Hubs matt-black alloy, sealed bearing, low friction quick-release front and back.
Brakes: Front and rear brakes: Alhonga professional forged V-brakes with power modulator and quick release.
Mudguards: Front and rear plastic mudguards included.
Footboard: Integral with frame.
Painting: liquid paint, zinc-phosphate anti-rusting treatment under and clear coat on top. UV protection.
Decals: clear, die cut custom decals for the KB.
Accessories: Tool set, bell, bike stand, pump.
Warranty: 2 years for frame (not for jumping), 1 year for other parts excluding tyres, brake pads and cables.
