Course Details
Course description – Singleton Park – Sat 26th
Gentle gradients on curving parkland roads, course marked every 20m with tags, marshalls at key locations. One ‘technical’ section of about 100m with narrower track and tighter bends. Registration, start and finish line at the ‘Swiss Cottage’ on north side of Singleton Park accessed from main entrance on Gower Road

Course description – 4km Swansea Promenade – Sun 27th
Entirely flat on good quality tarmac except for shallow dip and rise near finish line (<3m). Registration and start at the carpark – bottom of Sketty Lane and finish line at Cenotaph on the promenade on Mumbles Road opposite the rugby ground. Professional timing and ranking

• High Quality B&B available at Frog Cottage - book by email.
• FREE accommodation 100m from race headquarters (Llanmadoc Village) in a cottage with cooking facilities and beds for students or overseas visitors (Limit of 10-12 people). Sleeping bags required.
• FREE camping at race headquarters plus use of showers etc.
• FREE party on Saturday evening with food, refreshments and we hope, live music!

All entrances are for pedestrians only. Cars can be parked in the Gower Road area or the National Pool pay and display.

By road, take Swansea West turnoff from the M4 motorway (London to Wales) to Swansea West (A483 – junction 47) and follow signs to Gowerton, Llanrhidian and then Cheriton (for camping and accomodation). Fill your car with fuel before you cross the channel!
Buses available from Swansea Bus Station (where national coaches arrive) to Llanmadoc/Cheriton about 5 times a day (Bus numbers 115/116).
Because of the London 'Kick in the Park' races, we are only running the 1km sprint race alongside the Swansea Bay 10km running race as usual on Sunday September 23rd.
Registration as usual at 10.30am at the car park at the bottom of Sketty Lane. Race starts at 11.00am. Contact Rob Wachowski (Chow) at rob.wachowski@swansea.gov.uk for information or queries.

Europe open to all who wish to ride. They all have a reputation
for a friendly party atmosphere and serious competition for those
who want it (and fun rides for those who who don’t!). For
